What to Expect at The Hamilton Kitchen and Bar

Casual Atmosphere

With brick ceilings, hand-painted ceramic tiles, and crimson leather booths, The Hamilton offers an industrial yet warm ambiance. Guests are invited to eat in the modern dining room, at the large wooden bar, or on the 70-seat outdoor patio. The restaurant also offers convenient valet parking after 5 p.m. and free validated parking at the PPL Center all day.

Inventive Menu

The Hamilton Kitchen and Bar menu reflects the same cozy and comfortable vibe as the restaurant. Chef Drew Stark focuses on seasonal, regional ingredients and puts a new twist on comfort food classics. Start your meal off with the Kirchenberg Farm cheese curds appetizer, which features warm nuggets of Pennsylvania cow’s milk cheese and local honey. Then, follow up with a hearty salad, flatbread, or signature entree. Though the Chef’s protein of choice is fish, we recommend ordering the crispy fried chicken served with buttermilk kale slaw and a buttery biscuit. You can thank us later.

The Hamilton also has a delicious weekend brunch menu complete with bottomless Bloody Marys. Guests can choose from a variety of egg dishes, salads, and sandwiches, or indulge with one of the restaurant’s scrumptious brunch specialties. The breakfast pizza is a local favorite and features country ham, asparagus, parmesan cheese, and a fried egg. Yum!

Special Events

In addition to a daily happy hour from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., The Hamilton Restaurant and Bar hosts a number of fun events throughout the year. Depending on the time of your visit, you’ll find holiday parties, live music entertainment, specialty dinners, and more!
