Check In: Daily at 3:00 p.m. or later. Check ins after 10pm can be made by calling our main number when you arrive for the overnight innkeeper to assist you in getting in the building.

Check Out is any time before 11:00 a.m.

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on high-demand dates and weekends: Memorial Day weekend, Lehigh Graduation, 4th of July holiday, Labor Day weekend, December stays, special packages, etc. Deposits are not required otherwise unless specifically stated.

Cancellations: Cancellations received within 3 days of check-in will be subject to a fee equal to the first night of the reservation. Reservations made for any date in December will have a 7-day cancellation policy.

The Sayre Mansion is a Smoke-Free Environment.

Fees: At Settlers Hospitality, we’re investing in our team by launching programs that enable our staff to live and play in the community where we work. As part of that commitment your housekeeping service charges are included in your folio and will be listed as a cleaning fee. Therefore, any additional gratuities while appreciated, are discretionary. Our per stay cleaning fees are $7.50 per Guestroom.

Dog-Friendly: We have three Dog-Friendly rooms on property and allow up to two dogs per room. Please call us directly to ensure we can accommodate your pet or service dog. Additional paperwork must be completed upon check in and a fee of $35 per night, per dog will be applied to your folio.

No Elevator: Please note that we are a historic property and do not have elevators. We are always available to assist with luggage, but if you require a first floor accommodation, please call us directly to arrange it at time of booking.

Room Types: We reserve the right to change your room due to unforeseen issues. We will do our best to maintain your desired room type in these situations.

Settlers Cares Donation:  A $1 charitable donation is added to each guest reservation to support our non-profit, Settlers Cares. The Settlers Cares Foundation was created to help employees or affiliates who are facing financial hardship due to unexpected life events. The goal is to provide short-term, emergency support to employees or eligible dependents.
