The Menu at Edge Restaurant
The menu at Edge Restaurant is split up by plate size, with small, medium, and large plates as well as salads and desserts. You can easily see the Asian and French influences in the New American cuisine. For an appetizer or small plate, try the crispy pork belly, served with a buckwheat honey Chinese black vinegar drizzle. For a vegetarian option, order the roasted cauliflower, which is served with pepitas, dried apricots, and cinnamon. The medium plates are perfect for lunches or a light dinner. For a twist on a French classic, try the escargot. It comes with a brandy veal reduction and blue cheese puffs. For something heartier, order the pan seared duck breast, served with asparagus, a mushroom spaetzle, and a dried cherry gastrique.
No meal is complete without dessert! Try the pistachio dusted goat cheese, with bruleed mango, honey, spread over lavender grilled flatbread. Or you can get your chocolate fix with the Valrhona chocolate cake, baked to order and served with house made vanilla bean ice cream. For a sweet twist on a cocktail, Edge Restaurant also makes dessert drinks. You’ll experience childhood nostalgia with the root beer float, made with Svedka vanilla vodka, licor 43, rumchata, root liqueur, Not Your Father’s Root Beer, and a scoop of housemade vanilla ice cream!
The Bar
Stop by the bar during Happy Hour, which is Monday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. You’ll get $1 of all drinks, as well as the daily specials. There are also incredible food specials, like conch fritters or dim sum. The cocktails are just as imaginative as the food. Check out All in Thyme, which is made with house-infused Plymouth gin and thyme, lychee liquor, fresh lime, and lemongrass. For a kick, order the spicy grapefruit margarita, which features tequila infused with jalapeno, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and crushed black pepper.
