The Sayre Mansion

Visitors and guests to the 1858 Gothic Revival style Sayre Mansion in Bethlehem, PA can opt to have the complete experience by making a reservation for The Founder’s Table. Feast Like a Founder lets visitors dine in the same surroundings where some of the area’s most notable industrial magnates such as Robert Sayre and Asa Packer held court.

In-house caterer Karen Hunter prepares a sumptuous six-course meal for 8-18 guests that’s served in the privacy of the mansion’s formal dining room. Dinner entrees may include Chilean Sea Bass, Roast Duck Breast or Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Quail. Choose from seven menus or customize the meal to your liking. At least 72 hours notice is required for reservations and the meal is BYOB.

Folino Estate

The Italian style villa on the 54-acre vineyard near Kutztown offers private and intimate space for gatherings. The Barrel Room accommodates up to 50 guests in a fully functioning wine storage room. The second-floor mezzanine may also be reserved for private dinners for up to 40 people. Guests may soak up the restaurant’s festive atmosphere while enjoying a separate event space that overlooks the main dining room.

The Sun Inn

This historic landmark on Main Street Bethlehem offers private dining experiences. Operated as an inn since 1760, the building underwent a total restoration to return it to its 18th century appearance. Today guests may reserve one of three museum rooms at The Sun Inn for a private dinner. Historic museum rooms include The Gaststube or “Guest Parlor,” Colonial Kitchen and The Martha Washington Suite. Choose either a small plate or large plate dinner option from the Museum Menu and order additional items a la carte from the Tavern Menu.

For a truly immersive experience, a docent from the Sun Inn Preservation Association can give a presentation on the history of the Inn and its famous guests. The Barristers Club

The Bar Association of Lehigh County purchased this historic building in Allentown. After a restoration of the 1928 structure, The Barristers Club opened to the public for private functions. Inside the Community Room, up to 40 guests may gather for an intimate event. Event coordinators are on staff to plan and assist. Outside caterers are welcome, so guests may opt for the budget and style of their choosing.

Reserve a private space on this 150-acre working organic farm. Situated amid the rolling hills of  Fogelsville, Glasbern Inn offers a variety of venue options. The Grainery is ideal for intimate events. Located inside the Main Barn, the space can accommodate up to 16 guests.

On the second level, The Club Room is tucked behind a repurposed wooden barn door.
