On Friday, December 5, 2014, Laurel Attanasio and Nyke Van Wyk will be with us for an unforgettable evening.  The event will include a happy hour yoga flow to get you ready for the evening and the holidays.  The melodies of Nyke will soothe us while Laurel will get us moving to the beat.  The flow will be followed by a wine tasting in the parlor her at Sayre Mansion.
